Come to this hands-on training to learn how to take advantage of the advanced features in Google Forms (including embedding images/videos and conditional branching) to create supportive learning activities and formative assessments. We will learn how to create easy access to forms by using QR codes and creating home screen icons on your iPad. Additionally, we will look at ways to customize Google Sheets to view, organize and display data results to support instructional planning. Finally, we will explore some Add-ons to enhance your work with Google Forms and Response Sheets. Participants are invited to spend the afternoon working on developing their own Google Forms. This training is intended for general education teachers, special education teachers, teaching assistants, related services staff, technology coaches, and instructional coaches.
